Service Contracts

Davis Ford provides a service contract that runs from April 1 through Mar 31 of the following year. A service contract can be implemented any time during that period at a pro-rated cost.

The service contract consists of the following.

  • One fall and one spring system check up
  • 20% off parts and labor if repairs are needed
  • Preferred service Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
  • Priority service

Residential Protection Service Agreement

One service contract per system. If there are two systems in a home, this would require two service contracts.

Protection covered by this agreement is your assurance of reliable air conditioning and heating equipment performance.

  • Check up in spring and fall for proper system operation in both heat and air modes
  • Replacement of major components at special rates to contract customers
  • Projects against breakdowns by correcting minor problems before they grow into emergencies
  • Prolongs equipment life by preventing excessive wear
  • Minimizes operating expenses by keeping your system operating at peak efficiency
  • A1 service and preference during normal working hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Saturday) over calls from non-contract customers.
